Hey, is peanut butter okay for low-carb diets??? Whenever i use it, i feel bloated....i feel like im getting fatter...but people say its good for low-carb....ur thoughts...

If you are feeling bloated, you could also be sensitive to peanuts (mild allergy). Try another natural nut butter and see if you feel the same.

People have mentioned the high protein PB from GNC.. what is it called again?
I can't find the thread

Are you thinking of "Power Butter" maybe?

Natural PB has around 7 grams of carbs per serving or 18%. If incorporated properly, it most certainly can be used in a low carb diet. A tablespoon or so with lowfat cottage cheese is a great before bed high protein source.
