Peanuts!! your advice

Hi there, I read that peanuts are a very good source of protein and peanut butter is not as fattening as people are made to believe.

1 bought a 100g pack of Dry Roasted Peanuts and the protein content was 30.5g. The cost was 45 pence, which compared to the cost of an expensive protein shake or bar seems unbeatable value.

Can eating Peanuts be an effective source of muscle building protein, or am I misguided?

Check out my Essential Fatty Acids thread at the top of this forum.

You don't want to use peanuts or natural peanut butter for protein but instead for fat (monounsaturated fat). Its a great Omega 6 but you still need to balance it with Omega 3
