what are the best free-weight exercises i can do to target all areas and build bigger pecs?

benchpress, decline press, incline press, pushups, chest flys.

I prefer the good old bench press using a barbell or dumbbells. Decline and incline presses can also be a great addition to your routine. Dips are great too.

i do weighted dips :), hi im new here

Try djusting your hand spacing when doing push ups, go from wide, to close and then if you wanna be cocky and show off try and clap in between.

dumbell press is the best

You can't make the bottom of your pecs grow specifically. Growth is induced on the muscle as a whole. Furthermore, pushups aren't going to help you achieve a greater level of definition. That comes with lowering bodyfat. Diet is where you want to look for increased definition.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Bench Press
