A Pentagon official says a former Navy SEAL's insider account of the raid that killed Osama bin Laden contains classified information. An official review of the book, 'No Easy Day,' determined that it reveals sensitive information. (Sept. 4)

however, discovery channel can do a full show about the entire operations that went on with the raid? Or televise BUD/s training on TV by filming class 234 and televising who graduated and went on to teams and what their names are. They can also televise how they flew in Navy Seal snipers to take out the pirates and the tactics they used to shoot them. Yet every one gets there panties in a an uproar about a book. Unless he uses real names of his fellow seals I don't think there is a big deal about it.

Oooo he may be talking about missions and how seals work. They just made a damn movie that was based off of real events and had real seals in it. That used REAL seal tactics. Obama should have kept his mouth shut period in the beginning. I think this book uncovers Obama's lies.

Im sure it contains less secrets than Obama has given the movie industry so he looks good

It wasn't submitted for pre-publication review, as a former SpecOps team member he should know better.

Most of the time conservatives foam at the mouth at how much info the "liberal media" leaks. Whats up now! I'm reveling in the pure hypocrisy that keeps unfolding as November nears....

So its bad because it contradicts the "official report" the President gave? You're argument is so weak I can't even come up with the words.

Submitting it for review is a requirement for that sort of story. If they, the military, decide to push the issue the author could easily find himself in Leavenworth spending all his free time making big rocks into small rocks.

They wont push this. Going to court would reveal more about SF operations than they would want. This wont go to court or to military trial.
