I have decided to keep a journal of my cycle, my stats are
ht: 6"2
weight:210
age: 24
BF 12.7

All gear is zline domestic
test enanthate 625mgs a week 1-16
test prop 100 mg EOD week 1-3, 15-18
EQ 500 mg 1-14
Dbol 50mg week 1-5
Arimidex .5 EOD or ED if needed

I will post my updates weekly with weight and Bf% as well as getting blood work done mid cycle. pics to follow
 
ok so i have been slacking on this but i am up 13lbs as of last thurday which is my weigh in i went from 203 to 216 first thing in the morning today is day16 on test e and eq and dbol and i started test prop 2 weeks prior to that so about 4 weeks on it. the past few days is when i have really started to notice my muscles become fuller in my chest and traps as well as noticing stretch marks on my biceps appear further down my arm. about a year ago i had messed up my right shoulder that prevented me from gpoing heavy on bench and movements going above my head and about 2 weeks on i noticed there wasnt that stuffness and i was actually able to do my first real heavy cheast day yesterday and felt great will try and get some pics up and updat more
 
You cycle looks solid bro. What does your diet look like right now?
 
thanks bro i been thinking baout adding some tren acetate at 75mg EOD but not sure yet so right now my diet looks a bit like this
Meal 1 8am
egg whites 12 oz
chobani greek yogurt
1/4 cup granola

get to gymn about 9:15 stretch workout home around 11

11:00am POST WORKOUT
12oz egg whites
1 scoop of whey
1.5 cup of oats
2 bannana
2tbsp PB

i have work at 1130 so its hard to get a meal in i know whey would be ideal right after and meal about hour or so but jus working with what i got

meal 3
2 cup brown rice
12- 14 oz of chicken or lean beef or fish
salad, brccolli, shredded carrots, red and green peppers, and mushrooms with honey mustard

meal 4
weight gainer shake

meal 5 same as meal 3

meal 6
2 scoops of casein

I work at a health food store usually fromm 11-7 so the food i have there is all organic or grass fed beef or free range chicken its jus hard to get time to sit and actually eat something i know its better to have the breakdown but this is what i have been eating lately the EQ is making me more hungry so i am eating alot more then i was i try and take meal 4 and get some tuna or whole food in me, i can see that my stomach is holding a bit of water so i have been running adex at .5 mg EOD for now as the dbol kinda has me bloated any suggestions would be much appreciated
 
saturday i weighed in at 218 in a few days will mark the 4th week on test e anmd eq so they are reaching there effects fully im getting alot more comments about "looking like a football player" and some 18yr old ask if i was a bodybuilder and what i took and of course recommended whey protein and muscle tech products:jerkit: stretch marks are coming on my shoulders and down my biceps more i have no problem with my shoulders chest workout tuesday i was able to do on my 4th set of DB bench set of 6 with the 100's personal best, i have jus switched my workout routine with my new training partner shout out to juice box will keep update as i go

haha i will post up pics soon i started training with juicebox on here so im hoping to drop some body fat thinkin of adding t3 to my cycle but having a partner has definatly stepped up the intensity in the weight room nothing but light weights homieee
 
Keep us posted on you progress. I will be doing a similiar cycle this fall after my shoulder recovers from surgery a couple months ago. Your diet looks pretty good, but like you said, it would nice if you could eat some real food while at work.
 
Are you running arimedex throughout your whole cycle?
