Phil's got the right idea. It looks like the only way to beat Kai this year is with a handgun. I like Phil but Kai had more size and looked drier here.

I agree that Kai looked a bit better on this day. I was there. But, remember that Kai is just coming off the NY Pro win. He was sharper because he was still pretty much in contest condition. Don't count out Phil just yet. Once he gets into contest shape, we will see. Vegas is gonna be rockin in September....

Kai green is amazing. Has some good videos on YouTube. He's very inspirational. Phenomenal physique as well.
