The Indians and Phillies have agreed to a deal that sends Cliff Lee to Philadelphia for four minor league prospects, SI.com has confirmed.

Cleveland will receive four coveted prospects: pitchers Carlos Carrasco and Jason Knapp, as well as shortstop Jason Donald and catcher Lou Marson.
