Im taking EAS's Precision Protein and I must say it is the best tasting protein ive ever had. The flavors actually taste genuine! Fantastic stuff! and It contains 100% pure whey. I'm taking Twin Lab's creatine Nitrate3 Fuel with it. The Fruit punch flavor, it dont taste as good as Cell tech. The question I have is whether or not i should take Pinnacle's creatine Certified 4000 with it? It is pills that enhance the effect of creatine so I read. Also, would phosohagen HP better than creatine? One more thing is I hear some good stuff about CEX from VPX. Any of you users can tell me about CEX from experience?

WHOA, WHOA.

First up, stop thinking, erase all thoughts from your mind, okay? You gotta hear me out.

Phosphagen HP is Creatine Monohydrate and dextrose (a sugar). Thats all.
CEX is Creatine Ethyl Ester, do a couple searches. I use bulk CEE, which I really recommend, http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=1618
The twinlab creatine is a blend of 2 creatines, monohydrate and creatine magnesium chelate, which ive only heard of just now. Seems like it might be pretty good stuff.

You dont need to "stack" creatines, so, dont buy the pinnacle junk. Do some major research, then buy the CEE.

CEE has very little research and doesn't show any possible long term side-effects.

If creatine mono works for you save your money, add some dextrose and voila, cheap quality Creatine product

Get CEE instead.

I heard the CEE taste pretty DISGUSTING! Can some one contradict that? If so what kind of CEE or flavor of it do you recomend? How well does it work. Iain Daniel's right. Not much info has strayed from the commercials about CEE. Thanks
