Me neither . . I dont think he's taking enough gears . . . more gears = more jerked and desirable . . just not feeling the desirability Im afraid. Maybe get a tan too.

Forget a good diet and training, take enough gears and you'll blow the fuck up for sure.

These guys mean no harm, they are just trying to help. The gear has them sounding like jerkoffs but they are nice people and only mean well. 80% of them started the same way, that is why they know you could have did more before coming to the dark side.

guys..... i came here for advice from where i am right now and all of you rather chose to flame me. the reason you dont see the difference in my pictures is because i uploaded the wrong one for week 1. and the reason for the little gut is because all i have read on here is preaching calorie intake around 4000. so ive been doin that but it has gave me to much fatty weight. my solution----- im keeping my protein intake high and im going on a salad/liquid diet keeping my calorie intake down top more like 1700 to 2000. im hoping that in doing that the testosterone will tap my fat reserves for energy. anyway..... there is absolutely no sense in flaming me. i simply made a mistake with my diet and am paying for it.

dude your not ready for gear yet you can make the same gains or better without the gear

4000 calories is for guys who are already like 230+ pounds and around 8 - 10 % body fat that are running some serious gear.

Look at me in my avatar. I never eat over 3200 calories while on cycle because I like to keep lean. Sure, I could eat 4000+ calories a day, and end up replacing my 6-pack with a keg.....

The fact that you did not even know about calorie intake shows you are not exactly ready. But, what I would do is of course, lower your calories like you planned, and if you're not already, run an AI.

I'm going to be honest with you, I made the same mistake when I was first starting out and my face turned into a balloon and I gained a lot of weight around my mid section.

You will learn that not everybody can consume the same amount of calories, gear doesn't react the same with everybody's body.
Some people are more prone to estrogen related sides, progesterone, prolactin, etc... like myself.

Deal, if you're gonna take the gear nommater what advise is given to you I'd at least consider a cut right now. You are carrying way too much body fat to even consider increasing your weight.
Take advantage of the anabolic state you have created and shed as much of that lard as you can. It sucks trying to lower body fat and you are only making matters worse by getting fatter. It's easy to put fat on but it's a fucking nightmare to remove it.

Keep us posted on your progress.

Bro, not flaming just being brutally honest. You havent done enough research yet. Youre looking for quick gains and thought you could get that from some gear. Listening to this post you still dont have your diet down. You cannot go below your BMR and you cannot go on a salad/liquid diet. go on a veggie grilled chicken breast diet. Go hang out in the diet section. Do some reading and then post what your goals are along with your BMR and workout routine. These guys will help you out. Even more so than posting pics of your progress after 3 weeks when your gear hasnt even kicked in yet. Good luck to you!
 
Kick it into rocky mode and start cardio wake up jogg do your training eat moderately and keep your portions small and with at least 30 grams of protein and do an ECA stack even ephedrine caffeine and asprin has a synergistic effect will help you shredd fat especially if you do the jogging within first 3 hours after waking up studies show also helps burn more calories so forget the bulk and try to morph (transform) I didnt have good genetics but luckily started working out at like 13, drinking mega mass at 14 but with hard work you can achieve,trust me I came a long way natural, I stayed natural till about11 months ago and really didnt change a whole lot as far as size Iwas already pretty decent but strength veins and a litlle more muscularity definitely,but everyone responds different, my point is do this cycle but get serious Rocky Balboa take all the shit people just told you and use it for motivation get mad prove em wrong and post new pics. Diet, run, small balanced food portions and stay active no sitting on couch.When your done with this cycle keep training dont slack and fall ten steps back but focus on diet cardio and just moderate weight training then hit that cut lean build cycle or whatever your goals are than. good luck get mean brother then when you get where you want you can smile again. my plan is definately now to guive up the bulking idea, i will be cutting as hard as i can. i have total about 8 more weeks on this cycle so i have plenty of time to rectify this.

YOu might want to explain what Cut means to him....all these terms he might not know what they mean...just a thought. why does some one make a thread about terms..:coffee:
