So the girlfriend and i just got done with

20min Pilates Ab workout
21min abs
20min pilates Ab and Lower back

HOLLY SHIT thats all i have to say!! felt great for my back, some history about my back is i have been dealing with an SI Joint issue w/ Facet, ive been rehabing it for the last 3 months, really adjusting my works outs w/ RDLs and bird dogs and such (thanks to Patrick) and iv been slowly adding Pilates to help my core, i have been working out for 6 years, and i have a shitty core just because i never understood have important it is. so now im paying for it cause learning that a good core keeps your back strong!

now my back feels really good after the work out we just did! so i think the next two weeks im really gonna get into adding pilates to my routine to help with core!

anyone do Pilates and had success with it?
