it takes a ridiculous time for me to jab.....i do it very slow....ive hit nerves before, it tingles alittle, but since i jabbed so slow i can pull it out before i hurt anything...i hit nerves alot when doin delts....i hit veins alot when doin quads...
if you have a really cool workout partner try haveing him hit your lats...I like lats almost better than glutes....though i dont have the flexibility to hit em myself
