doctor just told me that my pituitart is asleep but seems to be waking up becuase the FSH levels are in the high range and lh are low to mid range. Is there anything I can take or do naturally to help kick this thing into gear. I am very cold, letharic, and digestion is very very sluggish, no desire to train, mental clarity is not sharp, and very forget ful, increase in abdominal fat and trendous bloating, muscle are not hard but very flat, kind of depressed but dealing with that welll, but really no anxiety, no appetite either

Clomid or nolvadex will stimulate both LH and FSH to some degree.

For a more direct effect, HMG for FSH and HCG for LH, but they seem to work more directly as opposed to encouraging the body to come back on its own.

HCG seems to work much of the time on its own even for people with low sperm count or quality so HMG seems to be very rarely used, but I've seen at least one study where it was used with HCG to bring someone back after 3 years on. HCG however is strong enough that it can desensatize the testes reaction to LH if used in too high a dose, which is another reason the 'weaker' effects of nolva/clomid would probably be prefered unless you are truly in a bad way (no balls).

I did hcg and did not do to much did 500 ius EOD for 3 weeks followed by clomid and felt good but then I went back to feeling sluggish and losing more muscle mass about 2 weeks stopping it. The pituitary is the gland that controls all other hormone, but taking anything exogenously would make it more difficult for coming back on would it not.. If you use hcg you are stilmulating just the test levels and not the other hormones such as thyroid whch having a body temperature of 96 degrees tells me that I am defelitnely hypo..

but taking anything exogenously would make it more difficult for coming back on would it not

Right, nolvadex or clomid would still be prefered to HCG. You could even use an anti aromatase if you were carefull with it, I've seen one study using arimidex.

As for the thyroid supposedly anybody with a normal thyroid can bounce back within 5 weeks, but these other drugs wont affect it. I seem to remember something about GH causing a variety of other issues that steroids do not, but I've never used the stuff so haven't done a lot of research on its side effects.

Perhaps using 25mcg of T3 and tapering off over a period of 4-6 weeks could help. If you feel like posting TSH numbers and the rest of the info maybe someone could do a rough guess for you. I know someone here at work who never having used thyroid meds before, over a period of two years went from normal TSH and thyroid levels, to high TSH but low thyroid output (high stimulation but thyroid outputting poorly). She is now on HRT for it.

wuldn;ti make sense o stimualte the hpothalmus to trigger pituituary gland. and would restoring the hpta do this or only to it for test levels and not other hormones

Does low testosterone affect thyroid production and could this slow down digestion of nutrients. when i was using hcg i noticed my digestion was alot better then it is now !!

, loss 30 lbs of mostly muscle and just bloated and feeling like shit. If hypothalus shut down from test suppression would this only be a result of testosterone or also affect all the other hormones as well in the system

my thyroid is slow this would explain the slow transit time of the food. Low testosterone levels affect the the thyroid and then if thyroid is slowed so is transit time of food causing constipation and that would make sense would it not? I had colonscopy done and nothing showed up and at that time I was depressed. NOw I am not depressed or have anxiety so that varaible is ruled out.

When testosterone is low in the male supposedly this often means the male in question will feel sickly, but I dont know how much of a role it plays in regulating other mechanisms. I am going to guess not that many, unless these people going through sexual change therapy are using other hormones as well. About all I do know is that men taking hormones to "become women" can bounce back much more than a woman who experiences permanent virilization effects.

Not everyone is a fan of liquid T3 but I liked it, for one thing it makes for the ability to taper to the nth degree. I would probably take 25mcg and taper over a period of time and play it by ear and by blood if you are doing monthly or bi-monthly blood tests to see what is doin.

Any idea what happened to cause this whole chain of events?

The HPTA of course means a variety of things, not just testosterone levels - Hypothalamic Pituitary Testicular Axis...

yes i pin pointed the cause
I was taking gh at 2-3 ius and eating a low caloires for my body and my body started to expereince shut down around 2400 caloires. I did not take t-3 and was told with gh and low caloires it can eat up you own natural thyroid and cause a negative feed back loop same as testoserone, couple thiswith ton of sress from work the holidays, gettting sick and trying to train added more cortisol level to my body preventing my self from ever rebounding. I was told that if you have low thyroid that it makes it difficult for your body testoseron to recover. but on can have high thyroid levels and the test can rebound, but not vice versa..
