Seems the issue was resolved though, it'll take a little time for everyone effected to be taken care of, but doesn't look like it will be much longer. Few others I know that experienced the delay have started receiving there special packages. :)

You think they have a big warehouse and a sign out front saying, "naps gear - steroid distributors"? One big central processing center? That would be real safe for them, huh? Even in other countries possession may not be a crime but distribution certainly is.

I don't think you guys understand the size of the operation and what is involved and how many hands might be involved in different places to keep things safe for them AND you! You think about it from your point of only receiving a couple of small packs every 6 months. Think about if you had to ship a couple thousand ILLEGAL small packs every month! How much more would you try to cover your ass?

Imagine a manufacturing facility with an assembly line. If one point along the assembly line fails that can hold up the entire rest of the productivity process of the line.

Naps isn't intentionally trying to delay your products. I am sure they are working hard at getting things straightened out and all orders in the hands of those that ordered.

It sucks that things got delayed. I'm sorry you didn't have someone to tell you that sometimes, unforseen things can happen and you should be prepared to wait up to 6-8 weeks, and to keep that in mind when planning your cycle. Order well in advance.

Moving? Consider getting a mailbox from the UPS store or similar place where you have a key with 24 hour access and someone else signs for your packs. I had one of these and moved 3 times. Guess what? My mailbox didn't move. I didn't have to worry about the mailman leaving gear on my doorstep and someone stealing it, or that I might miss them and have to go to the PO to sign for something.

wtf no gear yet bout to be 2 damm month's everytime I ask naps I get the give it 10 more day's response.Not a happy customer!Then they say they will make it up 15% off your next order after we just raise are price's up 15%:geewhiz: :paddle:Bad business!!!!!
 
I know theres is somw delays right now but they always treated me great in the past.
They always make sher i get my pack and to me thats what counts most.
wether its 2 weeks or 2 months aslonge as they make sher I get it im gud. :-)

hopfully everythings is back to norm verry soon.
I wouldent worry too much man i know how you feel. iv been on edge in passsed before also.
 
I have had an order arrive last once from naps but not very often. Heck, its a not uncommon for something to get delayed when ordering from overseas. I wouldnt stress.

im gonna make another order if it comes in under 16 days i will keep naps..
