planned routine: (note i will squat as well as deadlift so i will do one less less leg and back exercise) my arms do not grow on compounds alone incase it has any bearings...

Squat(2sets)
Benchpress(2 sets) maybe 3 depending on if i can do the tricep compound exercise (NGBP)

Deadlift(1 set)
Bentover row(2sets)
Militarypress(2sets)
Laterial raise(1set)
EZ curl(2sets)
Narrowgrip Benchpress(2 sets)

Hypertrophy specific training...well can't say I agree with it but switching it up from time to time usually shocks the body into new growth. I think the narrow grip bench might be a little too taxing on the secondary delts and pecs. You go 3 times a week and keep the close grips your front delts are going to be screaming. Why not some weighed dips or lying extensions?

i suppose i could do dips instead but dont they work front delts as well, i would rather do a compound movement because i dont like doing isolation exercises for triceps to be honest with you especially in the lower rep range like 5 reps

I can do 7 reps with 5kg around my belt and have access to a dip and pullup assistant machine which allows me to perform reps after i cant use weights or my own bodyweight to perform the exercise. The assistant weights start at 5 and go all the way down to 50. So how would i calculate the increments? I did think about decline narrow grip bench press, as i can do much more weight so it wouldnt be a problem, however as i have been told that it would be to much for my front delts to deal with after all that pressing......
