eat more but try lowing your volume or maby switch to 3 days per week, my build is about the same as you 5'7" about 168 but i get better results going 3-4 days per week than 5 keeping every workout >an hour
are you keeping a workout journal? this always works for me..knowing what you did last week helps you set goals on what you wanna do this week..more reps,,more weight etc..
