I lift 5 days a week, and do not gain anything.
Any Suggestions?

I am 22 and weigh 160 at 5' 8"... I have tried doing different reps, and just dont know how to fix this...
 
I agree . Make sure your diet is in check , eat often and clean.
 
eat more but try lowing your volume or maby switch to 3 days per week, my build is about the same as you 5'7" about 168 but i get better results going 3-4 days per week than 5 keeping every workout >an hour
 
I got a big increase your weight on your reps, from the owner of the iron gym go to.

are you keeping a workout journal? this always works for me..knowing what you did last week helps you set goals on what you wanna do this week..more reps,,more weight etc..
