I have been training for a little while and I have tried a few splits. I currently run an upper lower split, so I can work my uoper and lower body twice a week and not have to worry about inderectly training the same muscle group consecutively. Ex. Shoulders before or after chest day. After running upper lower, Infind it hard to effectively and thoroughly train all my upper muscle groups. So, cansomeone give me a 5-6 day split that you have used with good results?
