Why is it that people are allowed to post (and indeed DO post) this very sick and disturbing image and without a warning:

I'm just reading a thread, willy nilly minding my own business because I'm reading a thread about what someone got for Christmas when suddenly someone posts this in a thread that I ASSUMED was family safe. Someone needs to be BANNED or at least modded regularly
