I began deadlifting about 2 months ago w/ my current split.
This is a 1RM at 305.
305 deadlift
I notice I round my upper back, but my lower is straight. I "feel" DLs in my lower back and never have thoracic troubles. But I suspect I need to improve this. Thanks all
