Hope all of u r doing gud.....
I m been working out on and off for the last 3 years but I dont hav a very impressive body....for the last 6months I am very regular.
There seems to be no problem with the excercises since I hav a trainer....my details are:
Age : 24
Height: 6Ft
Weight: 75kg
The thing is I dont have the right muscle shape ie cutting.Moreover the size is not that big....I have no clue what do eat and what not?\
Some of my friends say take high protein low carb diet but I m not sure abt it.
Please help me out with a diet plan......any supplement you think i shud take?
