please help me lose inches!!!

hey evryone this is my first time posting here.
i know most of you are body biulders so i was hoping you would know more about losing fat and showing my muscles underneath,lol
my goals are not so much to lose weight although im a lil over weight but just lose fat and around 10 inches in my waist.
i would like a 4 or 6 pack with small hips does anyone know any execises i can do for this.
another problem area i have is my thighs inner and outer. maybe you could help with that.
my height is 5 foot 8 inches and i weigh 165.
i just had 2 baby boys back to back and i am really out of shape.
i would like to take it a lil easy in the beginning to get used to exercising.

diet(go to diet section and check out the sticky's)..cardio 2-3x a week
 
cardio as in fast exercise right?
okay i think ill go post in the diet section thank you for your post.
 
treadmill,walking,jogging,swimming,w/e u prefer just anything that will burn calories
