does anyone have some diagrams and exercises that i can use? I dont know that many exercises when it comes to this and definately not enough to make an entire workout

First and foremost would be to learn to jump properly. Some call it the Countermovement jump. You should also learn proper stance for agility stuff (Balls of your feet, shoulders over knees, etc.) Once you have learned to do that correctly, everything else should fall into place. I am assuming this is for MMA. Here is a site with a ton of MMA training articles. If you have any questions fire away. Just remember, the problem with plyos is that people tend to not get enough rest while training for power, making them a conditioning exercise, which is fine if that is what you want, but suboptimal for power.
