I havent worked out for over a year because i injured my lower back...bad muscle spasm and believe i have alot of sacr tissue...my lower back muscle3s are ALWAYS tense as well as neck tension...also i developed i believe a sports hernia where my lower stomach meets my hip i overstretched and it wont heal and am having radiating pain down into my nuts from it too...I dont have money for surgery at the moment and do any of youall think i could heal these problems naturally....?I was thinking maybe some kind of growth hormone precursors ? bcaa's? what should i take here to rebuild the damaged muscle? much thx all

See a physiotherapist. I've been off training for nearly 6 months from back injury, and the treatment I've received (as well as time) has helped me come along leaps and bounds. You need to find out what's wrong/what's been damaged first, before you can focus on healing and strengthening it. Physio helped me a lot - I recommend it.

I would see an orthopedic doctor. Physical therapy is definitely going to be involved as well as stretching. See a doctor first and find out what the recovery process from these injuries will be. Almost everyone in the iron game for any good amount of time will tell you that they have some nagging injuries that they must work around, especially as you get older. See a doc, and it will be easier to help you after you have done so. Hope this helps.
