I am currently on a bulk. I'm 5'11 198 at 10% BF. Could someone take a look at this and provide some improvement? The typical diet is below, macros are kept constant or close to that number.
Breakfast
1 cup Oats- 54/10/6
2 tbsp PB- 6/7/16
6 eggs, 2 yolks- 0/36/10
Lunch
1/2 cup Brown Rice- 68/6/3
12 oz pork chop- 0/96/48
Prewkout
1 cup Oats - 54/10/6
2 tbsp PB- 6/7/16
4 eggs 2 yolk- 0/24/10
Postwkout-
2 scoop whey- 6/46/4
1 banana- 31/0/0
Dinner
1/2 cup Brown Rice- 68/6/3
2 Teriyaki chicken thigh (prepacked)- 8/34/12
PreBed
1 cup oats- 54/10/6
2tbsp PB- 6/7/16
1 cup cottage- 0/26/8
1/2 cup Almonds- 15/16/36
Total: 376/341/191
There's veggies mixed in but I dont have a food scale so I didnt bother to include them. I also take a multi, fishoil, and glucosamine.
