Carbs

So what about carbs?So the eatting 6 to 7 times a day is good or bad.I ate 7 times aday for 5 months and gained 55 pounds on no gear.And went from benching 225 to 450.No joke.It felt like I had been juicing.Granted I was not ripped.I had a keg instead of 6 pack.That was so expensive.
