Dear all, just read from a bodybuilding magazine about the benefit of posing. According to the article, posing is not only necessary in competition, but it also can help in improving the overal physical condition, by improving mind-muscle connection, improving muscle separation, etc. So it is recommended for anyone doing weight training to pose as well (for instance, after each set). Being a non-pro, I do not have a slightest idea of how to do posing. I have seen videos of pros pose in competition, but no idea how to achieve those poses effectively. Does anyone here have any reference, preferably on the web offered freely, of any instruction how to pose?
