I am thikning about doing a new split... my old one was monday-chest tris . tuesday back. wednesday off. thursday shoulders. friday legs... weekends off...
right now i am in week three of gopro's 3 week workout but i was gonna go back to my old routine for a few weeks before possibly starting it again... but i was thikning about this new split to hit arms twice a week
Monday - Chest , Heavy Tri's
Tuesday - Back, Light Bi's
Wednesday off
Thursday - shoulders
friday - tri's light, biceps heavy
saturday - legs
sunday off...
