I've been cruising (250mg/week test e, .25 dex 2/wk) for a little over four months. It's the longest I've gone without a cycle for a few years. I planned on starting a cycle next week after my yearly physical and blood work this week. I've never had my liver or kidney values come back above normal, but I did this time. I've had them checked before right after a cycle and during a cycle, but today they were just a hair above normal. I can't remember liver off hand, but kidney was 1.4 and normal is .5-1.2. Guessing on the liver both were around 47-50 with 40 being normal.

Kidney: I think it was high because I had several things that can throw it off happening. I was very sore from an overdone chest workout. I worked out the morning before getting labs. I'm taking creatine (I've seen both that it causes the numbers to be off and that it doesn't). I also have been eating a ton of protein. Because of this I'm not so worried about kidneys. Should I be?

Liver: I'm not sure why it's higher now. The only thing different than from other blood work is the adex. I take lipitor because just like my father and grandfather, I have low HDL. I also have been taking clen two weeks on and off, with ECA on some off weeks. I also take some cialis every now and then for fun. I had been taking a small dose of cialis ED, but stopped that a couple of weeks ago. I also started caber two weeks ago .5 2/week. During about 10 days around Christmas and New Years I was taking lortabs and anti-vomit medication from the worst gut-pain flu I've ever felt.

I had been planning to start a small cycle of test e, tren e with a few weeks of tbol at the front. Along with that I would increase the adex to EOD, continue with the caber, continue clen rotation and add t3.

Now I'm not sure what the best plan is. I could just go forward with my plans. I could wait to cycle and get blood done again in two months as Dr. wants. I could keep the cycle and forget the tbol. I don't know. I hate that I've been off this long! What would you do?

I did order some liv 52 today.

Your backwards...your liver # is slightly high from the chest workout...yes the kidney # is slighlty high from creatine and most.likely high protien...if those #'s alarm you now...then you might want to cease AAS use asap....cause those are really really minor...nonworries..

None of that is high enough to be terribly concerned about if its the only time. Hell could be an error in the testing. The thing about reference ranges is they are variable to the population of normal values in the area you live. Those are not so far away that they arent necessarily high in another population. Just watch it closely and if the values dont return to your normal then you may have an issue.

The numbers don't worry me, but I wasn't sure if they should. I don't like that they have never been this high before, but I also never asked for actual numbers when I was in the normal range. It would be good to know them and compare to the recent results. The numbers may only be up slightly.

The liver values could be up mainly due to the lipitor and the acetaminophen in the lortabs. Thats not a recommended combo. But even then not out of range much. The kidney and liver numbers can also be skewed due to muscle protein breakdown from heavy training. What was your GFR values? As long as they're ok your kidneys are doing their job. If its BUN and Creatinine only that's up a bit blame the overdone workout.

The only kidney number they gave me were the creatinine. I assume everything else was in normal range.

Yeah. Probably so. You can always request a copy of your labs to keep for yourself though. If thats all they gave you then you're most likely in range on the rest so your kidneys are ok. Creatinie can be elevated from weight training and a bit of creatine will be converted as well so not to much to be concerned about unless it continues to be high.

the longer you play in the AAS pool the more they will move out of range to a extent..the key is to use the right anchillaries at the correct doses for what your taking..with you getting regular BW like you have you should be able to stay on top of things to come..
