Post PCT Weight loss question....??

Hi guys, I need some help on this, first time going through it.

I have only done 1 cycle of sust 250, 200 Deca E4D, x 10 weeks.

Put on 15 lbs, which I maintained throughout PCT... but now that I am done with PCT, I am losing weight by the day, so far lost 4 lbs. I have a fast metabolism, so I am on a "see food" diet, don't do cardio and lift heavy.

I did PCT for 4 weeks Nolvadex x 20mg, (starting the 3rd week after last shot) and in the 2 weeks right after last shot I did HCG 1,000 IU EOD...

What gives?? I have not lost 1lb on my bench, squat, etc (which were all greatly improved during the cycle)... only on body weight.. Is it all water, since if it was muscle I'd be weaker??

more than likely your losing ALOT of water. All you can do is eat eat eat, and train. If your not gettin weaker then more than likely your not losing Muscle.
 
IMO if you have a fast motabolism up your carbs and lift heavy.My number one bro put on 10lbs that way(no gear).Just my observation.
 
I'm not an expert, but from what I have read, using HCG post-cycle (as opposed to throughout) has delayed the recovery of your hormonal balance. Your body is still adjusting, and you are losing water. Has mass gone down during this 4 lb post PCT weight loss?
 
HCG should be counted as cycle time, not PCT at all.

Could be water. Dont recommend see-food diets at all, counting calories is the only way to know whats going on.

Keep in mind, muscles are 70% water.

losing strength would definetly be a sign of catabolism. so that seems to be fine. I like to overfeed for the first 2 weeks post cycle to make sure my body has fairly stable insulin levels for anabolism. I take my cals up to about 110% of maintenance...

I misunderstood. I thought he was saying he started the HCG 2 weeks after the last shot, not that he did the HCG for 2 weeks--begining after the last shot. :D
