I know a lot of big time bodybuilders use insulin after their workouts. Insulin is one thing I don't want to mess around with. These guys that use insulin don't typically use things like dextrose or waxy maize post workout. Instead they have a protein shake and baked potatoes. After a workout while on AAS I typically have a whey protein shake mixed with waxy maize and an hour later have a meal of slower digesting protein such as chicken or fish with a baked potato. This is while im cutting. Does this sound okay while on AAS or is there something that's more optimal?
