I just put mine in a little cooler.

I wouldn't worry about a 30 minute window.... I don't even use Whey personally, or any "fast absorbing" proteins anymore, and I have noticed no difference in gains.

I put powder into my shaker and use the taps at the gym to fill it with cold water.

Piece of piss.

I do the same thing at work with a thermos.

I am an extremist when it comes to diet and health. I would suggest bringing a bottle of purified water, tap water is horrible for you to drink.
