I'm looking for a good drink for after lifting. I currently drink a bottle of poweraid along with eating a can of tuna fish, is this ok or is ther something better that I can eat/drink that would be more beneficial? My workouts start at 7pm which is 90 minutes after dinner and I workout for about an hour. I am still trying to lose a little more bodyfat without comprimising too much size. Any advice is appreciated...Mike
