Postworkout Drink

I'm looking for a good drink for after lifting. I currently drink a bottle of poweraid along with eating a can of tuna fish, is this ok or is ther something better that I can eat/drink that would be more beneficial? My workouts start at 7pm which is 90 minutes after dinner and I workout for about an hour. I am still trying to lose a little more bodyfat without comprimising too much size. Any advice is appreciated...Mike
 
Any type of MRP (meal replacement powder) would be good...you want to replenish your body with protein, carbs and fat. There are too many brands to list!

You say you're trying to lose bodyfat without losing muscle? Are you counting calories?

I just started making my own.

This is what I use,of course you can change the ratios to fit your caloric needs.

400 grms of frozen strawberries,melon,raspberries,blackberries, mango,cantelope and pears,throw in a scoop or two of designer whey (strawberry flavor)
2cups of tropical fruit juice(all natty) and one 8 ounce banana.

Total Carbs: 120 grms
Pro: 34 grms
Fat: 0
