Since i am going to start dieting for my competition in a week i am trying to figure out which Fish is the best pound for pound, protein wise, MONEY wise and fat wise. I've tried snapper, orange roughy, cod, haddock, halibut, ocean perch, pollock and sole which are all low in fat but i am going to be dieting for 16 weeks so i need to find the best price around. I also live in Canada, if that means anything. AND DONT COUNT TUNA.
