I think he's trying to say, isn't the UK broken up into different ummm...
what do you guys call it up there countries? Although UK is considered a country on it's own right? So one law wouldn't necessarily pertain to the others...

lol bro. theres so much conflicting info on the web and laws change frequently just thought some gear heads on here would know... from what i gather its not illegal to posses certain powders its only illegal once its been brewed up and bottled?..
Im pretty sure small amounts of aas are legal to have AND import in the uk. alot of the world is not harsh on aas.
not 100% sure on exact law though.

WTF Ukraine has to do with UK??? It's like comparing Somalia to the U.S. For the future you should know that every country in the EU has its own law which is the same regardless of state. In summary it means that there is just federal law and no state law.
