it starts out with like elevator music n these moderately muscled athletes showing proper form to squat deadlift etc. then it says this is real power lifting n the music is bangin n these mountain of muscle guys are getting fucked up trying to lift massive amounts of weight....bars on necks n so on looks like car wrecks...

Well, that was my point. Like when Windows Media encoder 9 came out, you needed player version 9 or it would not work.
