Now, prior to anybody jumping to conclusions, I dont intend to do this anytime soon. Im just asking because I have the actual orals in the freezer, and I figure the farther ahead you plan, the better. Does this look fairly solid?

Itd be a bulker, assume a solid diet, but any recommendations for for anything are highly appreciated.

training would be focused on compound movements with additional, less compound movements for big muscle groups.

also, running supps include solid multi vit, additional 1.5-2g vitamin c, 3g sesamin daily, 10g fish oil daily, garlic supplement, taurine and creatine.

Phase: Pre-load ancilliaries

Days 1-14 (all supplements through these days will be split between two doses)
Red Yeast Rice 1200mg
Hawthorne Berry (roughly) 1100mg
Silymarin/Milk Thistle 900mg
coq10 200mg
Phase: Cycle
Days 15-45

Pheraplex clone 30mg in two doses
AI's Cycle Support 1 full serving per day, split in two doses
Niacin 1000mg split in two doses
6-oxo 300mg daily should I split this one? im thinking I should, but I dont know.
coq10: 200mg in two doses
Phase: PCT
Days 46-60

Clomid 50mg 1 dose in the evening, do I take it with or without food?
Nolva 20mg
Red Yeast Rice 1200mg in two doses
Hawthorne Berry (roughly) 1100mg in two doses
Silymarin/Milk Thistle 900mg in two doses
coq10 200mg again, two doses
Days 61-76
Clomid 25mg
Nolva 20mg
coq10 100mg

perhaps I'm missing something - what anabolics are you taking? It looks like you've done some research, however the only supplements that I'm noticing on your list is milk thistle and clomid/nolva.

You mentioned an oral cycle, are you taking oral steroids? I have no experience with them however I have not heard good results. If you are going to use gear, I would definitely opt for the injectable stuff in my opinion. Have you ever used gear before? Am I misreading something?

So, PCT now looks like this.
Phase: PCT
Days 46-52
(all dosings are ED)
Toremefine Citrate 90mg
Nolva 40mg
Red Yeast Rice 1200mg in two doses
Hawthorne Berry (roughly) 1100mg in two doses
Silymarin/Milk Thistle 900mg in two doses
coq10 200mg two doses
Days 53-59
Toremefine Citrate 60mg
Nolva 20mg
Red Yeast Rice 1200mg in two doses
Hawthorne Berry (roughly) 1100mg in two doses
Silymarin/Milk Thistle 900mg in two doses
coq10 200mg two doses
Days 60-66
drop ryr, hb and mt, keep tamox and torem the same
Days 67-73 drop torem to 30mg (to finish off bottle) nolva stays the same.



essentially the changeup is to get a higher dose of torem the first week, and to finish off the milk thistle, etc.
