PRE and POST Workout Nutition at Night

My work schedule has changed. The only time I can workout is at nights - usually around 10pm-11pm. My question is, is it ok to consume a large amout of carbs in my Pre and Post Workout shakes this late at night?

My Pre Workout shake consists of Whey, Banana, Oats. The PWO shake consists of Whey, Banana, Oats and Skim Milk.

Around 12am or so I have some cottage cheese and some nuts and then I hit the hay around 1-1:30am.

Sounds fine to me - your body still needs to be given the correct nutrients to workout and recover - regardless of the time!

Just keep your overall daily intake appropriate and you will still reach your goals.
