Just curious - when training other than first thing in the morning - do you guys have a pre-training nap? or a post training nap? or both? or neither?

I find a half hour nap before and after training is great.

Taking a nap just kills my energy for the rest of the day, but if it works for you stick with it.

After training is great. Before and I'm not making it to training that day.

I get like that when I nap for over, say, half an hour...I find 10-30 mins is fine any longer and it just drains me - but without the nap after training I'm also completely drained.

A nice nap after you train is great. A good way to jumpstart recovery as long as you eat something before you pass out.

I take a 6-7 hour nap before working out. :D

I take one before/after or both if I feel I need one and if time permits.

I gave up training all together for naps. It has done wonders for my physique.

What's the point in napping if you aren't gonna get any REM sleep? You will hardly get any rest.
