Caffeine (400mg), L-arginine (4000mg), and Hot Rox Extreme.

Is this a bad idea? Shoudl I go with just the HR and Caffeine because they are vasoconstrictors and would be nullified by the l-arginine?
 
I've heard the same thing. Arginine would negate the effect of the ephidrine.
When I get off my ephedrine, I'll start with the arginine again.
 
In 2 capsules there's about 200mg...so I could probably cut down to taking 200mg of caffeine, or none at all...thanks for pointing that out.

Should I skip it altogether though? Is there any downside to supping with 2 stimulatns at once?
 
400 mg of caffeine at once, would probably be way too much.

200 mg is typical for a fat burner, and that should get you going, if not, i wouldn't be too quick to add in another 200 mg.
