I train mainly in the evening, around 5-6 PM. Have been taking Nano Vapor for the last month or so. I like it overall as it gives me a good pump and seems like I lift better and I'm more focussed. However, I can't sleep.

Is there something out there that is similar without Caffeine or other stimulants that would do the same job without the side effect of insomnia?

I read that Fast Twitch Lemonade flavor has no caffeine. Is there anything else?

I already take 10 Gm of Creatine a day and take 400 mg of Caffeine first thing when I wake up in the morning.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Millennium Sports Tech. put out a product called Ragnarok and they do have a caffeine free version and the taste is awesome:thumb:

Rhodiola?

food.. about 30-45 minutes before a workout.. or RESULTS from ALN! Both will definately deliver a good pre-workout punch that's for sure. THere's always NITOR as well which hasn't given anyone senstive to caffiene anythign even remotely resembling caffienated effects.

Telling him to take Nitor at 5-6pm is terrible advice, unless he wants to be up until 4am.

The question he's asking doesn't make sense. He wants to take a stimulant that won't give him energy. That's basically what he's saying. "Is there something out there that is similar without Caffeine or other stimulants that would do the same job without the side effect of insomnia?"

There's no such thing. It would be the equivalent of asking for an investment with an extremely high return that has little or no risk. Taking any stimulant at 6pm is going to interfere with your sleep unless you stay up really late. I would try caffeine pills. They wear off a lot faster than fat burners and you won't blow 40 or 50 bucks if they don't work out for you. Don't waste your money on over-hyped pre-workout supplements. If you have trouble concentrating in the gym, you should make a new routine. You shouldn't require a stimulant to have a good workout.

Hi built, have you personally used Rhodiola? If yes, what brand would you reccommend? Thanks in advance....

I haven't yet, but I intend to.

Another to try is tyrosine.
