just got press up handles so i can just do some stuff just whilst im watching the tv.

anyone got any good variations of press ups apartfrom the obvious ?

or even a website for it

So that when you lower yourself your elbows scrape past your sides. Make sure your elbows are back not out to the side. It's the same motion as close grip bench press.

COOL ILL ADD THAT TO THE SET
 
Added weight, raise you legs, one armed, explosive (where you push yourself up off the floor entirely)...

When you can do an explosive one armed push up with extra weight and your feet raised up off the ground, take a video :P.

cool ill give it a try

i think ill be able to do one then have my right arm in a sling for the next 3 weeks. good commitment though lol :clapping:
 
divebombers, hindu and handstand pushups are great too.

Shows Handstand and Hindu push ups and one arm handstand holds plus some other interesting stuff.

Handstand pushups- once you can do these you can try them with your hands raised on a couple of phone books or stools so you can go deeper/lower down. Start against a wall, keeping you body as vertical as possible. Doing them freestanding (without leaning against a wall ia a good goal). If you are really strong you can do one arm handstand holds.

I can do some combinations of those things, but not all of them at the same time. Just for the record :P.
