interesting, I do a similar workout... I do chest/tri, back/bi, legs/shoulders and I mix up the exercises like you do... but my reps have been pretty constant at around 6-10 as well... I was thinking about working some of the P, RR, S principles into my routine... seems to have worked very well for you...![]()
