I was taking the strawberry at first and yes it is really thick. It tastes a bit odd but i got used to it. I think that it was the best protein i have ever taken. It helped my recovery and i did see pretty good muscle gains with it. The only reason i stopped takin it was the price, but if youve got the money then i would defos recommend it.
