pro-roids cycling question...

okay I initially had just planned to run a couple of S1+ cycles and then hit the M1T, but i've been researching and i'm now thinking of running a 1-T and MD cycle before on go on the M1T

basically I'm well aware how hard the M1T is, and as MD seems slightly milder and in many ways different but still a methyl, I think it might make good sense to try it before I go on M1T (plus I like the sound of it - ^ dense, ^ hardness, ^ vascularity)

i'm thinking of something like this...

Jan-Feb: S1+ cycle w/ nolva pct
March: Creatine (prob. check out ethyl ester)
April-May: 1-T + M-D stack w/ strong nolva pct
June-July: Clen/ECA
Mid Summer: Creatine
End of Summer: S1+ w/ nolva
Fall: M1T/Derm w/ stong nolva

that look like an alright schedule to you guys? prob. won't go to plan like that but would be nice if it did because hopefully I will be pretty ripped over the summer

should I run the cutting supps april-may then the 1-T and MD afterwards? or keep it like it is?

i'm looking at using the dermabolics BIG 1 as my 1-T supp. 1 serving of 200mg a day sound about right? with 3-6mg of UL's MD, my goal on this cycle is to really lean up and get dense hard and vascular (hence i'm not sure if I should cut before or after this cycle, or whether I should cut on this cycle too? - with a break at maintenance inbetween this and my eca/clen cycle?)

I need to make a BIG ORDER real soon, all this shit is banned over here now... luckly 1 source still has a few stocks left and i get paid in a couple of weeks so its no guess where all my money is goin!

I don't see any reason to do so many different kinds of PH/PS. I'd scratch the MD/1-T cycle altogether. I suggest doing an S1+ cycle for 4-6 weeks. Take 5 sprays twice daily. This would require 2 or 3 bottles. PCT for a month with nolva. Clen during the first two weeks of PCT is great. You can keep the calories up without getting fat or losing muscle. A couple months later, you could do an M1T/4-AD cycle. You should see great results with 5 mg M1T and 5 sprays of 4-Derm twice a day for 4 weeks. PCT nolva. After a few months, you could go for the same cycle with 15 mg of M1T. I wouldn't suggest doing more than 3 cycles in one year. You could cut on any of these cycles by simply adjusting your calories and cardio. Just don't cut during your PCT. You can use clen on cycle if it is a cutting cycle, but for bulking cycles I would utilize it during the first 2-3 weeks of PCT. I think using Creatine during PCT is a good idea, too.

i will drop the MD cycles then... I hear what your saying if i'm running S1+, M1T and clen then whats the point

how much clen? and how often on PCT? my knowledge of clen is very basic, i will have to research it a bit but for now it would be good to know how much i'll need (for budgeting purposes)

so PCT I should keep eating high and run clen to keep the BF off? so say my PCT is 4 weeks I can run clen for first 2-3 weeks of that... then do I gradually reduce cals slightly just before i stop the clen, after the clen, or after pct or what?

start creatine on 1st day of PCT, and do that for how long 4 weeks? 6 weeks? 2 months? is mono (micronized) cool? (i'm pretty stocked up, got a load of micronized stuff and then ester came out so i need to use this up sometime)

Whatever creatine works for you is fine. Keep calories at at least maintenance level for the whole 4 weeks of pct. A little clen goes a long way. You don't have to stock up on it as it will still be around next year. Start at 60 mcg a day and work up to 160 mcg/day over the first week. Then keep it there for week two. If you want to go for a third week, do 200 mcg/day. Always in one dose first thing in the morning. You don't need to adjust calories to account for clen, just to further your purpose (cutting, bulking).
 
thanks man, well i can worry about gettin clen nearer the time then but i will prob just use M1T cycles for bulking (due to the blood issues/risks and all that), so i'll use it for 3 weeks like you said and gradually reduce cals to around maintenance level in the last week of my pct - as i'm guessing if my nat test levels are still pretty low and i'm still eating way above maintenance (as I will be while on the cycle) i'll be asking for fat gain

in the month after pct (like the off month, might do creatine or might just have a rest from supps. except the bare essentials, efas.. vits.. whey.. glut.. etc) providing I'm not cutting should I keep cals just above maintenance or at maintenance? is it okay to have a rest week during my 1st month off or should I leave it till the 2nd month off (i'm planning at least 2 months off inbetween cycles)

if i do decide to cut and i want to just use ECA would I do this right after PCT, or again should I leave a bit of time in their to rest/ease up a bit before pushing my limits again?
 
For cutting, the longer you wait after a cycle, the better. You don't need to eat way above maintenance cals to bulk on M1T. I'd say don't go over 500 calories more than maintenance. As long as your body has enough energy and a positive nitrogen balance you will see the same lbm gains with 500 cals over as you would see with 1000 cals over. I'm not sure when the optimal time to rest a week would be. Perhaps someone else could enlighten you on that one. I am inclined to believe that resting the first week of pct while eating bulking cals would be preferable to me, but I don't think that I have heard anyone else suggest that.
