Hi, I doubt anyone remembers me but I came here for help gaining weight a month ago. Anyways, I have gone from 140lbs to 155lbs - 160lbs (not quite sure, but I'm in that range) I seem to be stuck at this weight, yet I've increased my calorie intake quite a bit. I was at about 3000 calories for a while. Anyways, I'm now at 3700 - 4000 per day and I haven't seen any weight gain at all. I'm not working out anymore than I normally do and infact I'm not even working out somedays to see if I'm gaining more weight.
Is my metabolism just very high now? If so, is there a good way to drop it down without losing too much weight then try to pack on more weight?
