I play football and want the strongest legs possible. I heard that running, riding a staionary bike, or any type of cardio changes the type of muscle in your legs and makes them weaker (not able to squat as much) is there any truth to this?
 
I would not say to a significant amount, unless your marathoning on the bike, running an hour +.
