Protein Bar Review Please

Hey All,

I often struggle to eat meals between breakfast/lunch and lunck/dinner. My work only allows me a few minutes here and there at these times.

I usually eat a third of these for a mid-morning snack or afternoon snack. My priority I am trying to lose fat at this point.

Any comments on these bars would be appreciated. If they are not so good, is there something equally as convenient?

bars suck.....why not a protein shake?
 
Hey Bulletproof1,

I guess its just the drama of having to brink powder, blender, utensils, etc to work. Bars can be fit in the pocket.

I also have a post workout shake in the morning first thing after my AM workout.
Is there any disadvantage in having two protein shakes for my first two meals of the day?

If not, I could work something out, maybe get a shaker rather than blender.
 
what do you need a blender for? all you need is powder, shaker, and a water fountain. 2 shakes back to back is a bad idea imo. there are plenty of foods that are easy to fix and/or transport.
 
Hell, I just usa a spoon.
