Protein Consumption whilst not Training?

I'm out with a shoulder injury dammit and I'm not sure how long it's going to take to heal... currently on cycle aswell and due for pct in 3 weeks.

Seeing that I won't be training (apart from legs n biceps) should I reduce the amount of protein in my diet to match that of a weak, lame, unjerked, regular arsehole or do I need the extra protein in order to maintain the lean mass that I already have?

How many grams of protein per lbm should I be aiming for while sitting out?
 
you can smash legs and bi's twice a week . . prob a whole host of exercises that wont aggrevate your shoulder . . hell, Id even work the non-injured shoulder . . . now's not the time to pussy out bro! :paddle:

I'm not going soft lol, I've actually injured both shoulders in the same place but one of them is completely stuffed, I'll have to go and see physio the rapist to get the verdict.
I'll see what exercises I can do but I doesn't look good.

Looks as though it's gonna be some half-arsed workout for a while...
 
Blast your legs, bi`s, forearms and abs. Eat the same. Maybe do 20-30 minutes cardio(bike) if you feel you are gaining unwanted weight. Maybe a weighted vest and some walking/running?

yeah man, I would have a squat/quad day, and a hamstring/calf day . . this is gonna work your lower back as well . .smash those legz until you cant walk, have a day off, then hit some light cardio, then do it all again . . mix in some LHJO, you'll be g2g :thumb:
