Protein options? List please.

What do you eat when you want to skyrocket the protein? I need options besides chicken and steak. Tuna is OK. I eat lots of eggs and cottage cheese.

I am eating more fish lately - I am in your boat, everything is starting to taste like a worn tire. Spices are your best friend when this is the case.
 
Pretty much any meat will average 25% protein. Don't forget pork and turkey. Cheeses are also good protein sources, but I'd opt for reduced fat ones. Generally the harder the better (yes it's true for cheese, too). Snack on almonds and peanuts (but again watch the fat calories).
 
I use a lot of salsa and garlic also helps if I cook chicken in a pan and let it brown on both sides gives it more taste
 
Greek yogurt (20g in a cup)kinda taste like sour cream but hey it's not to bad.Quonia,black beans,for protein in carbs.Crabmeat, clams,alot of cereals have high protein.
