I am currently taking optimum's 100% whey. I don't always have time to take the suggested 1-2 g per pound. I was wondering if it were alright to take two servings at one time. Each serving has about 22 grams of protein.

Its very hard to eat the right food because I'm either at school the whole day or at work. I try to eat every 3 hours starting at 630. I start off with a protein shake. At 930, I usually eat an apple or a banana. 1230, tuna or chicken salad sandwiche. 330, a metrx protein bar. 630, whatever my mom cooks for dinner, but I try to stay away from the carbs(ya, I still live with my parents. . . .so what. Im only 23). And at 930, after i work out, I have another protein shake.

Thanks for the infor GP. So, since I'm tight on time, do you think its a bright idea to double the servings in one sitting since I'm not always able to consume enough protein. My protein shake only gives 22g per serving.
