Mature adults above the age of 21 looking for increases in lean muscle mass or decreases in bodyfat levels. Most veterans will advise using prohormones after several years of training, to ensure you have a good feel for proper diet, nutrition and supplementation. Using prohormones under the age of 18 is a very bad idea; it can result in the closure of growth plates, thus resulting in permanently stunted growth; it can also result in potentially serious endocrine system problems.

What is a good supplement at my age? I already take like protein shakes and glutimine and stuff.

Whats the best kind of creatine. Cant u buy like a type of EFA pill.

Creatine is creatine. Most people respond to it. You can get regular plain old creatine monohydrate, mix it with grape juice. Its what works for me. Cheap too.

There are many creatine mixes out there, just look around. And yes, you can buy EFA pills.

www.bulknutrition.com Take a look around there.

ya i just started workinn out again about a month ago, and im wanting to bulk up but still stay cut. im at about 180lbs. and wanting to get up to 220lbs. Im hoping to play college football.

Supplements are just what their title dictates; items which supplement an already good diet and training regimen. Work on getting a sound diet down first. The supplements come later.

However, I do like whey protein powder because of it's low cost in comparison to other high protein food sources.
